The COG is a hypothetical point in the body around which the force of gravity appears to act. The point where the mass of the body is concentrated. Men and women have a different center of gravity.
The COG in a woman’s body is located approximately in the center of her pelvis, while a man’s center of gravity is located at the center of his chest.
Try this at home. Yourself and with women & men you know.
This chair challenge is where man have a hard time lifting the chair when installed correctly at an angle of 90°.
Women have no problem lifting the chair, as their COG is located deeper in their body and they are more grounded.
Man have to move their COG back down to be able to lift the chair.
